This is my take on converting the Gundam Calibarn to the Universal Century. I used parts from the Crossbone Gundam to modify the look of similar aircraft from that series. 

Major modifications:

• I reshaped the V-Fin to match the narrow shape of the Crossbone Gundam
• I added the skull and crossbones to the head
• Replaced bit weapons with chain-guided INCOMs that are shaped like skulls
• Extended torso with 3mm plastic 
• Modified weapon to have javelin end similar to the Crossbone Gundam X2

My next step is to paint the aircraft. I am thinking of using a gray and blue color scheme similar to the Zeta Plus C1.
