I realized that by combining the Gunpla-Kun’s head and the HG Ball, I could create B-Gundam from the manga “Mobile Suit Gundam Crossbone: Skull Heart”. The face matched quite well with the manga art.
I made the base by rearranging the Daiso Hangar into something more like space debris
The face is attached by magnets, so you can remove it, I had an idea that I could replicate the scene in the manga where the mask armor is ejected as a final desperation attack, but I need to get a Dom first lol.
I removed some details from Gunpla-Kun to more closely match the manga art of B-Gundam, but with more putty work it could be even closer. As a fairly quick project I'm happy with it.
