I have completed building a different kit that is not Bandai, but is manufactured Goodsmile / Moderoid–the 1/48 Titanomachia Panhead.
Here is the painted and weathered kit with a small diorama base that I constructed from plastic plate and epoxy putty. This was my first time trying several techniques: dry brushing, edge chipping, gradient painting, cockpit detail painting, and water effects.
Here you can see the subtle purple gradient on the shoulder armor, as well as some of the cockpit hatch.
The interior of the cockpit is shown here. You can also see some of the recent rain water that is supposed to be dripping off of the mobile suit.
Chipping, mud, and water affects were applied to the feet.
I created letters using epoxy putty and a stencil, and then painted them to look like rocks that blend into the scenery.
A work in progress photo before any painting or modifications.
One final look.

Basically, the concept of this site is a Gunpla posting site, so posting plastic models other than Gunpla is not allowed.
However, it is possible to use gunpla for mixing in kits other than gunpla.
From the Help Center
I am a North American builder who prefers Master Grade 1/100 kits but also builds 1/144 occasionally. I am inspired by Kazuhisa Kondo, Hajime Katoki, and MAX Wantanabe. I like to build unique kits that I don’t see get painted as often as they should.
