This is a kitbashed/scratch built ball that ended up looking like Meta Knight from the Kirby games.
Many of the pieces come from an old HG Zeong I had lying around for years, as well as a MG Aegis Gundam and various parts from accessory packs. I made this last year as part of a event I organize, and sometimes silly things like this occur.
glowing axe using UV reactive paint. Although in hindsight I would have not used white paint on top of the UV Green, as it blocks the light from shining through.
I said this was kind of silly but also it looks a bit intimidating looking straight on. I didn't build a proper base for this , its just sitting on top of my vice in these photos, but since then I've attached it to a base in a flying pose.
The idea of a melee focused ball seemed really funny to me.
details from behind. The spherical shape is a christmas ornament, which I found difficult to glue parts on top of. In the end I just used a glue gun.
heres a look at the ball before I started painting. You can see all the different parts I used here. Zeong, Aegis Gundam, Chu Chus Demi Trainer, those are the most notable parts.
