ケルディムが重くなってきた。安定性を高める必要がある。
ブルーデスティニーのジャンク品から足をいくつか取り出し、外側の縁を削ってケルディムの足の前部に取り付けた。かなりフィット感が良い。
ただし、いくつか隙間を埋める必要があるので、ベースにプレートを、トップに他のパーツを追加した。結果には非常に満足している。
ソールの新しいプレートは個性がないのは分かっているが、全く問題ない。後で細かい部分を書き込めるかもしれない。
一晩寝て頭の中で色々考えてみた結果、もっと簡単にできる別の方法を思いついた。
後知恵は素晴らしいものだ。
The Cherudim is getting heavier. Time to increase stability.
Using some feet from a junk Blue Destiny, I carve away the outer edge and add them to the front of the Cherudim feet. It’s a pretty good fit.
I do however need to fill some gaps, so I add a plate to the base and some other parts to the top. I’m really happy with the outcome.
I know the new plates on the soles have no character but I’m totally fine with that. Maybe I could scribe some details in later.
After a night’s sleep and replaying things in my head, I’ve come up with another way to do this which might have been easier.
Hindsight is a beautiful thing.

I saw your update on the legs! Just like with the chest, your dedication is really shining through here. The process of adjusting the lines of the legs—which define the overall proportions—until you’re satisfied is exactly what gives a unit “persuasiveness” once it’s complete.
Each individual task might feel like a period of patient “charging,” but I can feel the overall quality of the build “accelerating” as those parts come together into a single form.
With the legs taking shape, the unit’s stance is going to look even more powerful. Keep pushing forward!
