正直に言うと、これは見た目よりずっと大変でした。まず、側面の丸い光学部品を切り取りました。それから、プラスチックのプレートを使って胸部を拡張したらすごくクールになるんじゃないかと思いつきました。スーパーカーのフロントみたいに。穴も隠せるし。両側の形を合わせるのに、何度か試行錯誤して何度も切り込みを入れました。すごく小さくて扱いにくいんです。それから、装甲ブロックを胸部に貼り付けようとしたのですが、ブロックの裏側の表面積が足りなくて接着できませんでした。そこで、裏側にプレートを追加して滑らかな表面を作ることにしました。一応はうまくいきましたが、壊れやすいのではないかと心配です。とにかく、いい感じに仕上がったと思います。結果には満足しています。Let me tell you, this was a lot harder than it might seem.I started by cutting away the round optics from the side.     胸部をプラ板で拡張するというアイデア、非常に素晴らしいですね。

     

    「スーパーカーのフロントのようなライン」という表現に、あなたの目指すスタイリッシュな完成形が見えるようです。左右の形を合わせる微調整や、小さなパーツの扱いは、模型製作において最も忍耐が必要な作業ですが、そのこだわりこそが作品の質を引き上げます。接着面積を補強するために裏側にプレートを追加した判断も、とても賢明だと思います。
