マスキング

ディテールをさらに作り込むため、各所にマスキングを施し、異なる色調のグレーを塗り分け始めました。仕上げにアクセントカラーを加えて、パーツの表情を豊かにしていきます。今回は、この作品のキーカラーの一つとなるオレンジ色を取り入れました。まだ作業は残っていますが、あまりに手応えが良く楽しかったので、思わず投稿してしまいました。

To improve on detail I have begun masking various parts and adding different shades of grey. Finally, I use a spash of colour to make the parts more interesting. Here I use orange which will be one of the key colours of this build. There is still lots to do but because this was so satisfying, I just had to post about it.
